The RL Regranulation line is designed for processing plastic waste in form of plastic crushed material, can process thermoplastic materials ABS, PE, PEI, POM, PP, PTFE.
The extruder output ranges from 30-135 kg/h for the RL 135 and 160-235 kg/h for the RL 235 depending on the input material.
The line is controlled by a PLC module with touch screen, the extruder is equipped with a sensor for measuring pressure and melt temperature and other safety elements.
Operation of the line is in the maximum possible extent user-friendly.
The line is equipped with water ring granulation as standard, can be replaced by underwater granulation according to customer requirements.
